Matchstick Co-Ord in Cobalt Blue

Stripes, running in every direction they please. Our Matchstick Co-ord Set is created in 100% cotton, woven so two colours sit right beside each other and give every line its depth. The stripes run long and vertical down most of the kurta and all the way down the pants, while the placket and the sleeve ends turn horizontal.

Two directions across one set, and it's what makes this look as polished as it does. The kurta is straight and relaxed with a front-open placket, buttons down the front and three-quarter sleeves. It has pockets on both sides. The pants are a relaxed straight leg, flat at the front waist and half elasticated at the back for a snug fit. The hem folds wide at the ends, adding a bit of weight so the pants fall exactly as they should. Style your Matchstick Co-ord Set with Kolhapuris or your favourite flats and let the stripes do the rest. There's nowhere it won't go.

Our Matchstick Co-ord Set has a straight top and true to size pants.

The model is 5 feet 5 inches tall and is wearing a size Small.

If you're unsure about sizes, please write to us on Whatsapp (+91-9871681656) or email us on hello@surma.in and we'll be happy to walk you through this maze called sizing charts.

A matchbox is one of the few things that still comes perfectly arranged. Slide it open and they're lying there, shoulder to shoulder, in neat little rows nobody asked you to make. Shake it and it rattles. Run a thumb down the rough strip on the side. Somewhere in that sound and that smell sits an entire childhood afternoon.

Because at some point we all tipped a box out onto the table and built something. A house with walls that leaned. A bridge that held for four whole minutes. Sticky fingers, far too much glue, fully convinced we were architects. Our Matchstick set is a hat tip to that. To the plainest little line that quietly holds everything up, to making something lovely out of very little, and to the joy of being ridiculously pleased with what you've put together. It's easy, it's put together without trying and you'll reach for it on the days nothing else works. Because it really is the smallest things that make our Everyday Beautiful.
