Returns and Exchange

We're thrilled that you're loving Surma and hope that your piece fits you just like you thought it would. But fits are fits and we get it. So if you'd like to return something, there are two ways:

1. You can exchange the piece for a different size or style within 10 days of receiving it. Once your order is picked up, we will ship you the new one. First time exchanges are free. 
2. If you'd like to return your order, you can do so within 10 days of receiving it. There is a Rs 50 reverse shipping charge on returns. This is deducted from the final refund. 
3. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of the product being picked up.
4. We have a one-time free exchange. If you want to exchange it a second time or if you'd like to return an exchanged order, then there is a Rs 50 charge.   
5. Returns have a Rs 50 reverse shipping charge, which is automatically deducted from the final refund.
