Is Shipping Free?
Sit back and wait for your order. That's all you need to do. Oh right, and we don't charge for shipping.
When Will I Receive My Piece?
Trust us, we know. It's a real drag to wait for a piece you'd basically like to wear now. We're working on figuring out a faster way, but for now we ship your order in 4-6 business days (customizations take longer and we'll let you know via email or Whatsapp). It'll take another 3-5 days for the order to reach you depending on your pincode.
Can I Change or Return My Piece?
We're thrilled that you're loving Surma and hope that your piece fits you just like you thought it would. But fits are fits and we get it. So if you'd like to return something, there are two ways:
- You can exchange the piece for a different size within 10 days of receiving it. Once we receive the product, we'll ship the desired size to you
- If you'd like to take some time to choose another design, please return the product within 10 days. Once we receive it, we will issue a credit note with a one year validity so you can use it to love another Surma piece
Do You Have COD?
Cash who? We love the ease of cashless payments and are still tinkering with the idea of introducing COD. If enough people want COD we might bring it in at some point. For now though, we only accept online payments - cards / UPI / netbanking. Let us know how you feel about this though.
