We're thrilled that you're loving Surma and hope that your piece fits you just like you thought it would. But fits are fits and we get it. So if you'd like to return something, there are two ways:

  1. - You can exchange the piece for a different size or style within 10 days of receiving it. Once we receive the product, we'll ship the desired size to you
  2. - If you'd like to return it, you can do so within 10 days of receiving it. Once we receive it, the piece will go through a quality check and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 24-48 hours

3. - We exchange and return without any charge and get the garment reverse shipped. In the case of exchanges this is done once. In case the size or style doesn't work for you even after it has been exchanged, we would not be able to get it reverse shipped a second time. We would need you to ship it back to us if you need to return it for a refund. Sorry about this, but sometimes we need to work according to the rules set up by our shipping and payment partners

Trust us, we know. It's a real drag to wait for a piece you'd basically like to wear now. We're working on figuring out a faster way, but for now we ship your order in 4-6 business days (customizations take longer and we'll let you know via email or Whatsapp). It'll take another 3-5 days for the order to reach you depending on your pincode.

  2. If you'd like to return your order, you can do so within 10 days of receiving it. There is a Rs 50 reverse shipping charge on returns. This is deducted from the final refund. 
  3. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of the product being picked up.
  4. We have a one-time free exchange. If you want to exchange it a second time or if you'd like to return an exchanged order, then there is a Rs 50 charge.   
  5. Returns have a Rs 50 reverse shipping charge, which is automatically deducted from the final refund.
