  1. You can exchange the piece for a different size within 10 days of receiving it. Once we receive the product, we'll ship the desired size to you
  2. If you'd like to take some time to choose another design, you can return the product within 10 days. Once we receive it, we will issue a credit note with a one year validity so you can use it to live in another Surma piece

We're working on figuring out a faster way, but for now we ship your order in 4-6 business days (customizations take longer and we'll let you know via email or Whatsapp). It'll take another 3-5 days for the order to reach you depending on your pincode.

Cash who? We love the ease of cashless payments and are still tinkering with the idea of introducing COD. If enough people want COD we might bring it in at some point. For now though, we only accept online payments - cards / UPI / netbanking. Let us know how you feel about this though.
